HATOD Admin Account Deletion

1. Scope

This page explains the process for admin account deactivation and admin-related personal data deletion requests relating to the HATOD Admin app. This document complements the Admin Privacy Policy and Admin Terms of Service.

2. How Admin Deactivation Works

Admin accounts are controlled by HATOD. Deactivation, removal of access, or deletion review is handled through an internal request and verification process rather than in-app self-service.

3. How to Request Deactivation or Data Deletion Review

To request admin account deactivation or a review of admin-related personal data deletion, contact hatodservices@gmail.com.

Please include the following where applicable:

1. Your full name and the email address associated with the admin account.
2. Your role or relationship to HATOD.
3. A clear statement requesting access removal, account deactivation, or personal data deletion review.
4. Any verification details needed to confirm the request is authorized.

4. Verification and Review

1. Receipt and preliminary review of the request.
2. Verification of identity, authority, and account ownership.
3. Assessment of security, legal, audit, and operational retention obligations.
4. Deactivation, deletion, anonymization, or retention of eligible records as appropriate.
5. Confirmation sent through an appropriate verified channel.

5. Data That May Be Retained

Certain records may be retained where required or reasonably necessary for platform security, fraud investigations, audit requirements, compliance review, employment or contractor recordkeeping, or legal obligations.

• Access logs, audit trails, and security review records
• Operational change history relevant to accountability and compliance
• Records needed for dispute handling, fraud prevention, or legal hold

6. Processing Timeline

HATOD targets initial acknowledgment within 7 business days. Completion timelines vary depending on verification, security review, and applicable legal or operational obligations.
